Sweet Corn Update: May on the Farm

Everywhere you look, things are growing! The rainfall and warmer temps this month have gotten our first planting of sweet corn off to a great start. Since our last update, we’ve taken off all the plastic and planted several more rounds of corn, which we’ll continue to do until mid-July to ensure a full season.
