Sweet corn, cream, butter, sugar, and a dash of salt—it’s a simple recipe but it makes for oh-so-delicious creamed corn!

2 cups fresh My Dad’s Sweet Corn, cut from cob
¼ cup half and half cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar (But note: Dad’s Sweet Corn is usually
so sweet you don’t need this ingredient!)
½ teaspoon salt
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring it to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
